"Locke was a great help to our family when it came time to sell. We initially had a different realtor and decided to switch to Locke because of recommendations from friends. Within days we had more potential buyers see the house than the entire rest of the time the house was on the market, and we were under contract within 5 days. We ran into trouble with a bad appraisal that was below what the house was actually worth. As this was our first time through the selling process, it was disquieting to get a poor appraisal. On our first meeting, he obtained information about the family that would impact the area in which we would finally settle. He took into account our occupations and the distances from schools, work and kids' activities. We also had the unique situation of having in-laws living with us, so the homes that were shown to us took into this into consideration as well.
